EWSA has an automated 24 hour customer service line. By calling 706-216-8863, entering your account number and the # sign, you can get details on the following information about your account:

  • Current balance
  • Current charges
  • Next payment due
  • Past due amount
  • Last payment amount
  • Received date
  • Current meter reading and date
  • Current usage
  • Previous reading and date

    New or Change in Service

    Customers can call for new service by phone (or at the Customer Service Facility) Monday through Friday  8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We ask that you notify us 24-hours prior to the date you  need new or a change in service. For new service, an application must be completed and a one time deposit is required due at the time application is made. Change of service requests should be made through customer service at 216-8474.

    broken water line (gushing, seeping, leaks)
