The Mission & Vision statement was created by the employees of
Etowah Water and approved by our Board of Directors on 2/22/2008.
Mission Statement:
Etowah Water & Sewer Authority’s mission is the responsible and ethical stewardship of
the resources we manage through providing the highest quality water, customer service and treatment of wastewater. We resolve to seek better and more efficient ways to improve service and the quality of life in
Dawson County.
Vision Statement:
Etowah Water & Sewer Authority’s
vision is to improve customer service, provide reliable and dependable water and wastewater services and support the infrastructure needs required for economic development and growth while protecting the envirnoment.
