Patty Day is the Customer Service Manager of Etowah Water & Sewer Authority, one of several positions held since January 2002. Prior to joining the Authority, Mrs. Day held several positions with the Probate Court’s Offices. She brought several years of experience in customer service, public relations and office management.
Mrs. Day is advocate for excellent customer service. She is an active member of Georgia Water Association Professionals. Mrs. Day also volunteers for Veterans Day and Relay for Life.
She earned a Business Management Diploma from Lanier Technical College. She has also taken several customer service courses. Mrs. Day has received many awards during her time with Etowah Water and Sewer Authority. She received employee of the year in 2003. She has also received manager of the year in 2005 and in 2010.
Mrs. Day is a member of Silver City Baptist Church. She and her husband James have one child, Taylor Pamela.
