The EWSA Toilet Rebate Program is a pilot program initiated in August 2008 with limited funding to help provide an economic incentive to its customers in homes built prior to 1993 to retrofit older high flow toilets with new low flow technology to provide a sustained water savings over time and reduce future water needs.
