Rosalind Chambers is the Finance Manager of Etowah Water and Sewer Authority. She has 28 years of experience in the water and wastewater profession including financial master planning, capital improvement program funding, detailed budget preparation and administration, customer service and human resource management.
Mrs. Chambers is a member of Governmental Finance Officers Association, Georgia Governmental Finance Officers Association, Georgia Local Government Personnel Association, National Society of Human Resource Management, the Foothills Local Chapter of Human Resource Management and the Georgia Association of Water Professionals. She is also the Treasurer of the Foothills Local Chapter of Human Resource Management and serves on the Special Review Committee for the Governmental Finance Officers Association. She is the Treasurer for the Veterans Affairs Association of Dawson County.
Mrs. Chambers earned a Degree in Accounting, Certification for Human Resource Management through HRCI Institute and Advanced Level in the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government Certified Local Government Finance Officer Program. Mrs. Chambers is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Leadership Dawson County 2001 program and holds a Master Certificate from Gainesville College in Management and Supervision.
She and her husband Wesley have two children, Jessica and Russell and four grandchildren, Lilly, Ellie, Wyatt, and Kora.
