New Online Payment Portal – May 14, 2021
What you need to know
The first time you log in to the website, you will need an email address, your account name, and your account ID. Following are the steps for the new portal:
- Click Create an account. It will ask you for your name, email address, and password (you will create) click submit.
- You will be sent an email with a code. Go to your email and get your confirmation code. Type the code in the box provided and click submit the code.
- Then you will need to add your account to the dashboard. Enter in your name and account ID as it appears on your statement, click submit.
- Once you have created an account, you will log in with your email address and password you created.
You can sign up for Paperless Billing, Autopay, or make a one -time payment with credit card or check. You can store your payment information for future payments. You can view your current monthly bill, statement history, and payment history. Payments can be made with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express or by Electronic check. There is NO fee to pay online.
